Recommend approach
The program is broken down into two blocks each consisting of 3 weeks before exercises change over. You should conduct block 1 first doing the sessions twice a week for 3 weeks. Each session progress with and increase in weight as long as you able to based on the RPE scale. However if you are injured or sore please see your health provider do not push on. Once block 1 is finished then you will move to block 2 and do the same, twice a week you carry out the session with small increment increases in weight. The explosive plyo work is meant to be executed as fast as you can. Bodyweight and fast actions. Think fast, act fast.
